Description

The 2023 job market can seem …suboptimal… based on recent news headlines and fear of an upcoming recession. Fortunately, many employers are actively investing in data and AI capabilities.

This webinar will cover recent labour market trends and what they mean to students and researchers launching their AI/data careers. Learn which employers are hiring, the skillsets with increasing demand, and how to stand out.

The webinar will feature tactics and advice around personal branding, how to invest in and use side projects to your advantage, and how to use non-technical skills and experiences to improve your chances of landing your dream job.

We’ll also get advice from hiring managers across the Vector Institute’s network to understand what they are looking for and how to successfully apply as a candidate.
