Edith joined Bank of Montreal more than 5 years ago. She is the Director of Data & Analytics Lifecycle Management, accountable for service delivery as the gatekeeper and gateway of data and analytics across the enterprise as well as leading the multi-year digital transformation program – ELEVATE. Through ELEVATE, she has led cross-functional teams to deliver an interconnected ecosystem framework across people, process, data and technology, which has integrated more than 300 processes that serve over 15,000 employees, to enable seamless digital experiences and
accelerated access to data within minutes.

Edith holds a Master’s in Information Systems from York University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
