Dr. Ben Fine is Radiologist and Clinician Scientist at Trillium Health Partners, a University of Toronto-affiliated hospital system and the largest in Canada. He leads the AI Deployment and Evaluation Lab at the hospital-affiliated population health research Institute for Better Health focused on externally validating AI tools using real-world, diverse data and users. He is the department lead for Quality and Informatics and has experience designing and deploying imaging and clinical informatics systems. Dr. Fine holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MD from the University of Toronto.
